Or is the creation of a new account enough for me to play again online? Would it require anything more?

You can create multiple accounts on 1 cd-key. Also I have never heard anyone get banned in Zero-Hour.

The so called "UserID" is just your Ip Address in a 32bit hexidecimal form. If you have a dynamic Ip Address, depending on the IP Class, some of the UID will change everythime you log on. If you have static IP, i would seriously ring your ISP and ask if you can get an IP Change/renewal.

how about, using a IP-spoofer? (I don't know what it's called, but it can change your IP-adress from being detected, you will still hold yours)
and with that, you can fool others with a fake IP! :)

Yes and no, with dynamic IP, only the hostid portion of the IP will change, not the network, unless your isp owns several networks.

So if the first digit of your IP IS in the range

0-127 - CLASS A = LAST 3 Digits Change
128-192 - CLASS B = LAST 2 Digits Change
193-224 - CLASS C = LAST Digit Changes
225-254 - CLASS D = RESERVED, NOT USED

Also I think cws.cc bans by the first part of the i.p., so they can't ban too many people, or innocent people will get banned as well

I have asked my local ISP several times to Renew my IP address, unfortuntley I recieve the same answer everytime wich is, " We cannot do that for you, The only way to get a new IP is to have your account with us cancelled and then open a new account." I know there not lying b/c I have called nearly 13 times and get the same response every time. I have purchased a router but that did'nt do any good. I heard you can Clone your MAC address and it will help change you IP but i tried that several times.

What I am trying to get at is I need my IP address changed as well and have Not yet came accross a successfull way of doing this and been searching for months. My mom will not allow me to just get our account cancelled and repurchase a new one do to a(n) simple IP address. What should I do ? If there is a program of any sort that you know of please inform me or help tell me any clues to get a new IP address. BTW I have also cut off my modem and PC for nearly a week hoping to lose my IP and get a new one but that doesnt work neither.

ProgramerX, you can get proxy programs that allow you to use proxies for applications not just for browsers, that should work. Problems with them are they will slow down your connection and you have to give them a large amount of access to send and recieve data - which could be used in a malicious way.

Tbh i really don't care i am willing to take a chance do you know a good Proxy program if you cannot list it on this forum can you email it to me ? Just respond back and let me know if you emailed it "The name of the Program I mean" I dont expect you to have it. LOL If you are allowed to list programs on the forums please list the name or a link or where i could find it thanx.

One which I know affects applications as well as browsers is called Surf Anonymous, but I don't have personal experience with it, so use at your own risk. Also I don't know whether it will work with ZH, probably should but don't know for sure. BTW it's not free, but you can probably download a trial for it.

Erm O_o... try unpluging ur router and modem for 2 ~ 3 min, then pluging it back in. you might have a new IP ( im not sure if they changed it or not, i have a *static* one and it works for me, or did, havent tested it latly. )

Sounds to me like u don't have a static IP adress. I think variable IP adresses only change when you relogin to your provider. Your modem stays connected so it doesn't change. When you replug it in, your modem reconnects and you get another IP. I have a static ip adress and it has never changed.
