BMP Patcher Thing

Yo, a long time ago there was a program that can open the bmps in priston tales directory and i was wondering if anybody still has it or knows where i can get it? Hope you can help, THX! :)

ive had this on my comp for a while....wut u do is put it into a new folder and then put the .bmps u want to look at in there with it and then dbl click the patcher and press any key or sum shit...ehhh i 4got....
