stan. he like grew up in the hood so i guess thats all hes known, hes got some good lyircs but there a many other rappers out there that are 100x better in my opinion

Yeah I like eminem. My favorite track is Guilty Consience, which he rapped with Dr.Dre.
The eminem show was the best album I think. Also 8-mile album and another album I can't remember the title from were very good.

I like Eminem, but then again I listen to ALL kinds of music. Most of his songs are a bit corny but he does have some skills (for a white rapper lol). I prefer his mixtape and freestyle stuff. If anyone hasnt heard DJ Green Lantern they need to find the Conspiracy Theory part 1-3. Lots of good Eminem songs on there. My favorite Em song is "We as Americans" (its about gun control in the US lol). It was unreleased but google will find it for ya ;)

The only reason Eminem had gotten so popular is the fact that he's white. If it wasn't for that, he wouldn't have lasted half as long as now.

Yea he is a good rapper. I got most of his stuff. I got 6 of his CDs(Slim Shady, Marshall Mathers, Eminem Show, Infinite, Off The Wall and Encore) and about 30 misc songs of his. I bet half of you didnt even know eminem had 6 CDs out, lol. He has some major skills. I think even without dre he would have made it because of his skills. Dre just made it happen quicker. Dont really have a fav song as I like most of them. I would say some of his better stuff is from the marshall mathers and newwer. Best stuff tho is eminem/dre/snoop all together in 1 track. But then again I been long time dre(got 3 cds and misc) and snoop(4 cds and misc) fan anyways.

But then again, I like all kinds of music so its hard for me not to say I like it.

many ppl thinks hes trying to be "black" or anything, but hes not... hes just being himself and thats why hes being loved in the hip-hop community. See how many white rappers tried to make it in the hip-hop community and failed. Em is the only one who made it so far and now he is the one bringin' new artists to the scene.
IMO hes success so far is the fact that hes being himself and not trying to immitate noone like most does.
