Ok when everyone says "" hprotect"" is just a sd protecter... or w/e its a lie.. people beleived that 1 retarded mother ****er.. and spread it around to everyone and now everyone thinks its completly harmless this is what "" hacktool rootkit "" does to ur win32 system

Hacktool.Rootkit comprises a set of programs and scripts that work together to allow attackers to break into a system. If Hacktool.Rootkit is detected on a system, it is very likely that an attacker has gained complete control of that system. All files that are detected as Hacktool.Rootkit should be deleted. Infected systems may need to be restored from backups or patched to restore security|

Another thing is that everytime u open ""internet explorer"" that program automatically is being used ""explorer.dll"" the only way for u to remove that program is from back up discs , re-Format,Dos mode..through windows Cd .

so all these hacks that contain hprotect to run dont use it ur just ****ing up ur system...

hmmmm are you dumb? That's all I have to say. The thing it does is "protect" viruses and trojans from AntiVirus programs and the such. Therefore, wherever you got that piece of info says that if you have it you are being attacked, because it probably came with a trojan and THE TROJAN is what lets hackers control your PC, not the rootkit. tybbcomeagain.

i try to hlp ppl and i get flamed froma newb that does not no wtf he is talking about..plz trell me HOW THE **** IT PROTECTS.. VIRUSES AND TROJANS... FROM UR ANTIVIRUS ... god damn nub its a fuking trojan deep down when u log on the Internet it automatically Runs ur just taking some other kids info and making it seem right, its a ****ing trojan u want to use Go ahead its not my computer..

Notice how you cant delete Explorer.Dll.. its because its always running on ur internet explorer... everytime u open internet explorer it runs ... , there is a program out right now to remove hprotect automatically ( hacktool rootkit) but the funny thing is it does Nothing.. iam still trying to Decompile it to see wether its harmful..

BTW those online scanners are , lets just say Shit.. it doesn't catch anything and these ppl think its totally clean... the only way u can tell if its not a trojan / spyware Etc is Decompiling it..

Finally someone who tells the truth about hProtect.. I have more times trieng to be telling it and got flamed...

But how the hell can a virus protect the file from nProtect? Dumbasses lol, To thoose there dont belive try go in www.kaspersky.com or search on google for virus information and find the hacktool rootkit. and you find what you dont belive... Why do you think the name is

"hacktool" Newbies! hacktool is a program used to hack peoples... Theres a hacking program called "hacktool" And its used to hack peoples computeres to get the most important information. Or even crash down your computer...

There is really no such harmless virusses. Withless the virus is for a company. That has the rights for it and got verified that's it harmless

Ok, lets clear some things up.

hProtect modifies certain things, it HAS to, this is how it can check for when a program with .hProt. in its name is run and gain access to the memory without being stopped by nprotect

NORMALLY a root kit would be used to gain access to a system or to hide programs from anti-virii/other security programs, these same methods can be used to hide things from nprotect and allow programs higher access to things (i.e. gunbound's memory), this is what the anti-virii programs pick up on, and why they are reported as trojans/root kits

hProtect is just a modified root kit made for the sole intention of bypassing nProtect, if you think it runs a higher risk than that, don't run it, and stop complaining/posting about it. If you know a little about programming you can put all your worries about hProt to rest and find the source to a root kit and modify it yourself..

Lol, Sounds pathetic...

Would you belive if someone gave you a aimbot with a trojan.win32.perflogger.bd? and it got bypassed. Whould you open it and use it? Well if you belive in hprotect. you would belive in this...

Some noobs were fooling around would do everything to get a working aimbot.. Belived in that it wouldnt harm your computer. They did go around forums and explained this aimbot and said that it were harmless.. And now this has came to 50% of gunboun hackers are infected with a Harmful virus..

I've once belived in it.. Lol, Well.. When i had it somthing tried to get acces thrue thrue the file.. i dont know what it was since i just didnt give it any acces. But i think it were the owned of this thing. Or some sort of virus it would send me..

Hacktool rootkit = HARMFUL.

If ya noobs dont belive it use it at your own risk.. But dont come back complaining when your computer is about to the end becouse your infected of it and cant get it removed.. Hacktool = A real hacking program used for hackers to get acces to other computers..

Simple as that!

ps: And you all: dont ever blame that you found it it on MPC ;)

personally i never liked the fact that it is a hacktool/rootkit or whatever. yes if you scan you would return with information about it being a virus. so how would you know if this is or isnt then?

so then its simple really.

if you think it isn't harmful then - USE IT

if you think it is and dont want the risk - DONT USE IT.

me? i wont even go near this. this thread is for people who need warnings about Hprotect not for those who still use it.

thankyou.

Im using hprotect but it doesnt even harm me/pc :P as i have said before im using a restore program. i use hprotect then when i restart it restores to normal state without hprotect..

sometimes u need 2 use your head to bypass something that wouldnt affect anything. u should bypass the bypass. think behind the wall. try my technique. but ofcourse this technique isnt effective for all trojans/viruses ;)

The only reason its classed as a root kit is because of the way it works. Yep, you'll find other trojans and root kits out their that are harmful, sure, but there are exceptions, if you were here a few months back then you will remember that the main bypass being thrown around on here was a ROOT KIT before it was patched, not hprotect (since it still works), a different one, but because people were able to CONFIGURE it before they installed it they ASSUMED it was safe, their could have been a trojan etc. hidden in it, but no one worried about that, hProtect was modified from a root kit to a bypass to be setup by newbies without much hassle (i.e. double click, just add .hProt. to the file name)

Once again, if u think hProtect runs a higher risk than that, don't run it, don't post about it, simple.

Yes that's right it doesn't give harm to my pc. Maybe it brings harm to those who has "STUPID" or "SLOW" COMPUTERS!.. Like flipout said, it's just used to hide/bypass a hack from nprotect.

Ok so in anti virus it said that it's a virus "TOJAN" WORM/madis. Why don't you try using hprotect on one PC then see if it gets busted within a minth. I know it will not coz i'm using it for months. :P

Hey to those who read this, do you think something smells fishy?

If you were a GB admin/moderator what would you do?
1. Need to know w/c hacks are available.
2. Since GameMon is upgraded and prevents hack from working, some hacks might still work.
So what do they do?
1. They go here(MPCFORUM) to check for hacks
2. If some hack are still undetected, they will post here something to make us not use that anymore.

In number 2 you'll see that they make us doubt some hacks just like what "COWDUNG" told us.

Hey COWDUNG, i'm not sure but i'm suspecting that you are a GB admin or moderator!

Why did i think so?
-You're making a fool out of the hack that still works.
-Stopping us from using "HPROTECT" to bypass some hacks(It's possible)
-And seems like you're new here and your post are quite small.

hprotect is a modified rootkit it has been said for a hundred and thousand times. But some people made it an advantage for hacking and scamming people. It is possible that you can attach another trojan or keylogger on it. I suspect that it was the one happened to you. I am using hprotect from hmm let me think for about 8 months and guess what i aint got keylogged nor backdoor'ed. I guess i was just lucky or maybe i aint so ignorant?

LOL. If someone is using an altered rootkit to get a hack working you atleast know they are doing it :P ANY hack can contain a rootkit or harmfull code without virii/Trojan scanners having a chance in hell of detecting it. Atleast if they are that open about using exploitcode you can block it =)
