Hello all.....This just started a few days ago.....I use windows 98se & just in the past day or two i've noticed various dll's showing up where there never has been.....not in any programs where they should be but showing up in my documents folder & my breifcase folder.....the've never been there before & as far as i know they should all be in the program that they belong too.
The wierdest one was one for windows 95 & windows 98 just showing up in a folder. ...........Any help on this..........I've just been collecting them & putting them in a folder all together.....ang help would be appreicated.........I like that U can come in here & ask questions about other things than cheating ..............:) :)

U again o man noe u gotta reinstall for sure ... These Shits don show "JUST LIKE THAT" u have a virus or someone put u a trojan and is fukin with ya :) so reinstall (this means u gotta format wall u have and its 2 late for backup ... )And get a firewall ... Rookie-1: sounds like your computer is somewhat infected by a trojan or a virus, update your virus scanner and do a full scan of your hd.

Check in your processes by doing ctrl+alt+del (once) and make sure that there are no suspicious programs running. Eg. IEXPLORER.EXE and kernel.dlI. No dll should be running in the process, they should be hooked onto executables. Also get programs such as process viewer and continue checking for strands of trojans running in the background.

Finally, if all else fails or you do not wish to do all that, your last choice is to backup whatever you need and do a clean reinstall of your os.
