I reckon SP should go MMORPG, would great

For pplz who don't undestand what i am getting at, here is a brief outline

MMORPG is Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game, such as Ragnaork Online. Where hundreds/thousands of simultaneously online players interact in worlds called servers.

We make it so that SP is similar to RO , but unique. What i mean is that, SP Online, this what would be called, SPO, would still keep the same gaming qualities that made it unique, such as, the Real time, Fighting style. Mix this with characteristics of MMORPGs. In a way, it is like a giant Quest, but this one, has many sub quests and doesn't end when you kill the boss.

I reckon it would be great, simply because, It combines Pros from both MMORPG and SP into 1 super game. MMORPGs get boring when it comes to fighting, because all you do is click and kill. while SP, keep you on your toes, with fast paced, stategic Fighting (blocking, running around, ranging, etc). MMORPGs have very big and social communities, and is not restricted with rooms, while SP has a community but, no where as social as MMORPGs, and the restricted maps, makes it dull.

We can add some more elements to the game. For example, The mastery of the weapons and defense capabilities, similar to Ultima Online in a way. Add some things to ride on, horses, cows, bulls, maybe the ultimate, beast to ride on is a dragon, who knows. We can still keep the old card system, but instead of just, sword, staff, axe, bow, we can add, unique names for them, such as Sword of Judgement, Staff of Merlin, Axe of Despair, Bow of Time, just made them up, and there can be super weapons, each of them can lvl as normal, from Lvl 1 to lvl 9 or even more. We still can use elements to upgrade and skill, and those still can be gained by questing and killling monsters. We also can add elemental Weapons, such as Fire Sword of Judgement, which is slower but attack damage is high, similar to all fire swords, just higher lvl. Same goes for armour , which include, shoes, pendent, shields as well. we can even add earrings and rings.

For classes, we start off with the 3 basics, warrior, mage and archer/ranger. Each have unique skills and magic they can use. For example, warrior can have power blow, uses up MP, and does 2-5 x more damage depending on the level of power blow. The skill it itself has requirements to keep it restricted to a certain level and weapons. Another example might be the mage's Fire Ball, Uses Mp, has casting time, does mega damage, and also has requirements. Same goes for archer. We will have more than 1 or 2 skills of course, as you lvl higher, more skills can be learnt. There might be even hidden skills, or quest skills where the player must complete something or find something to get it.

All classes can have the options of Magic/skills, melee and ranged attacks. Now you might ask, then how is the 3 classes different. SIMPLE, by the stats,

if you are going to be a Warrior for example, you would train lot of Strength and depending on what kind of Warrior, Agillity or Con, (EVEN customization, how great is this ) In the previous chapters i said, there are requirements to use certain weapons and magic/skill. well here is why. Take the warrior example, he trained a lot of str, and this let's him to use the heavy, high damage weapons, or if he is Agile one, Fast weapons ( daggers), (EVEN MORE customization), There might be skills that require str as a prerequisite. Such as Power Blow, maybe it requires 50 str, and you are a warrior, you specialise in Str, so you can use the skill. While an archer say, I want that skill!!!, he/she looks at their stats and they only have 20 str, because he/she is an archer, who need mostly dex. But the archer have archer skills they can use, maybe triple shot, or something. Same applies for Mages.

Maybe you want to split the classes to more classes, no worries, Warriors, might specialize in spears, he gains Spear mastery lvls, so handles spears much better than the rest of the weapons. He want to become a "Spear Knight" and gain specialised skills for it, Sword master, can be "Fighter", Axe master " can be a Merchant, here we go again, another kind of class, where the skills involve, Buying and selling stuff for cheaper/expensive, very similar to RO. The mages , might specialise in elemental magics, Fire, earth, water, Wind, each has it's own unique characteristics, Fire might have high damage attacks, Earth can have poisonous and stunning attacks, Water can heal and defend, and wind can speed up attacks and movements. If you master 1 , why not master 2 of the elements, maybe all, of course that require a lot lvls.

(Another bonus, dual classes, maybe you are a warrior and you mastered spear, and you want to heal/def your self also ) you can, just raise you Int stat higher and you do just that, but those who are pure, of course will be stronger in damage sense. Same goes for archers and mages.

Maybe you don't want to fight all the time, you want to mine for gold and gems to upgrade your items, no worries, just make an mine map, and there we go. Why stop here, why not introduce the old elements of SP, such as racing and soccer, we can have NPC,s who can teleport you to specialised maps, just for them, We can add more mini games. This goes for the quests too. Maybe the red dragon can still be the ulitmate quest. Add fishing and many other jobs, ( Wow, Jobs, maybe you want specialise in a job, be a miner, fishermen, etc), just keep mining/fishing until you are high lvl at it, then you can open up businesses selling those stuff, Very similar to Runescape.

This leads me to community, you keep all the functions such as friends, enemies, guilds, etc, But why not add something, add job partners, you sign a contract with him or her ( on SPO of course ) and you 2 can help each other out. For example, you are a miner, you get high quality gems, steel, and you want to smith it into a very good armour, that's where your job parter comes in, he/she will have high crafting/smithing lvls, you give the ores to her and she makes it to you, in return you give her money/items. You might ask, why is this different to just normal friend to friend exchanging, SIMPLE, what if your partner away/offline, what then, well, if he is away/offline, and you signed a contract, you still can smith, coz just click the contract, and the go to a smithing site, and it will still be smithed, coz the contract has the agreed amount of trade, for example, for every 50 ores smithed , you will give your partner 50000 gp/code. This might not be the best idea, but it will add a new kind of feature to the community, Suggest your own.

Well, that's about the brief outline of what i am talking about, if it is not understandable, then don't worry. Just understand this, (SP + MMOPRG = Hell lot of fun)

I doing this, coz i want pplz to reply to it, and maybe the SP team might consider this alternative to the already getting boring SP. I am not saying that SPO, would not get boring, but as i explained and outlined, it would be much more interesting.

So. tell me what you think, and if you can send as many emails to the SP team as possible it would be great. Reply here too, Plz, don't insult me if you think this is the most stupid idea you ever heard. That's all, have a nice day
