Guns "real" names

Anyone know how to change the text on the guns? Example, their is no such thing as a CV47, It's an AK. And a Bull Pup is not a gun, it’s the designe of the way the gun loads rounds into the chamber. The Mac is spelt wrong, its spelt MAK which is a Chinese maid gun. I want the real names like they were in the Pre- 1.0 days before Valve decided to get cute and make up their own names.

If anyone could help me out I would appreciate it. Thanks!

Well here you go hope you enjoy it...! BTW, this is the only file your gonna need so after you extract this file to your desktop, open up another window and drag the whole folder named, resource, (not just the file) to your cstrike dir!

Actually a MAK is a chinese AK. A MAC-10/11 is the gun used in the game.

And they didnt "get cute" and start making up their own names, they didnt have the rights to the guns.

I had no idea they would have to pay royalty to the gun manufactures T3hEnginehax? Either way they should have the correct names.

This isn't going to be considered a cheat in anyway by VAC 2 is it?

huh? MPCD isnt down for me... :S strange thing... For about 1 month ago, MPCF was down for ME, not my friend, who lives about 200 meters from me... LOL

maybe its that he didnt update his cache or something and still have links to the files or something, while u updated ur cache and mpc main website and the website bounced u to the Bandwidth Over message

Haha, no it will not get you banned by vac2, I mean come on you are changing the display of gun names and that is hardly a cheat.
