Virus help

I have this very annoying Virus
called Js.Exploit Exception
Norton grabs this every once and a while when Im online but I can't seem to fully get rid of it. Got any tips for me

Is that a file that you downloaded? Looks like something about JavaScript Exploit. The only way I can think of is to turn the autoprotect off but I would strongly not recommend that because it won't do a fulltime search of your hd. If you have a firewall, try setting it to block off Javascripts activation on those sites. Otherwise, there would not be any other easier methods imo
