DISCLAIMER: This post does NOT spoonfeed others by presenting how to setup the whole config file. Rather, it presents suggestions on how to EFFICIENTLY BOT and some UNDERRATED features of OPENKORE and other applicable bot programs.
GOAL: To make wandering botters realize that leveling the character using a bot program can be faster with the right tools.
I. Etiquettes
1. THOU SHALL NOT KILL STEAL (KS) - most NON-KS botters even hate KS botters
2. THOU SHALL NOT TELL ANYONE IN THE GAME (except maybe for friends) THAT YOU ARE A BOTTER... FOR THIS CAN BE USED AGAINST YOU
3. THOU SHALL NOT TELL THE EXACT PLACE WHERE YOU BOT
4. THOU SHALL SEEK ENLIGHTENMENT ON HIS OWN - don't ask stupid questions
II. Tips and Tricks
A. Autoadding stat and skill points
Yes, this is possible for OPENKORE, and is particularly useful for any character. Imagine those times leaving your bots for 24 hours then coming back to add stat points from 9 dex to 35 dex or something! Now, you can virtually LEAVE the bots on their on because they can become stronger on their own.

1 - does not consider the bonuses (more preferable)

format: the skill [space] the number of skill points to be allocated. Same as the stat function.
B. PICKUPITEMS.txt
You may not realize that picking up or looting items DO TAKE TIME. For this reason, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND not picking up USELESS LOOTS in order to optimize your botting time. Come on, do you really need to pick up ALL JELLOPIES compared to picking up an UNRIPE APPLE? Try to research what loots are to be found in your botting area in roempires.com.
C. BUTTERFLY WINGS
This issue is not that raised but I have noticed that some botters who doesn't have a teleclip uses this item. OK, so what's the issue here? The AMOUNT OF BWINGS. I suggest that you only bring ONE BWING! Why? First of all, it is a great bargain since you'd be spending 1 BWING per TRAVEL (save zennies). And secondly, consider your weight limit. For hunters and wizzies, you don't want them to constantly going back to KAFRA for storage because of owg.
MINIMIZE WEIGHT, OPTIMIZE BOT!
D. BOTTING AREA
You should consider a botting area that:
a. gives great EXP - duh?! (unless you're hunting for like pupa card or something)
b. you can dodge/take all hits from monsters (agi/vit) - this is obvious
c. that gives ok to high quality loots - you want to get rich right? then don't bot in a place where JELLOPIES are the only loots (unless you're a novice)
d. preferably only few people of high level or filled with bots - high level chars are usually adiks so they won't mind you | bots obviously doesn't care
e. if possible, near a KAFRA or town for easy walk
E. TIMEOUTS.txt
This is old school. Tweak your timeouts so that you can efficiently bot. Adjusting the time in attacking or teleporting DOES MAKE A DIFFERENCE in botting.
III. Efficient Leveling Characters
Many botters have asked: "What is the best character to make in botting?... fast to level and easy to config?"
The "easy to config" part should be scraped out since a good botter knows how to manipulate his config.
Best characters are agi characters. Obviously, killing fast means getting exp fast and leveling up fast compared to vit characters. But what class? I'll rank them (this is my personal preference):
1 - agi knights/crusader: well, their HP recovery IS REALLY USEFUL plus the fact that they have HIGH HP, DEF and can use BERSERK POTION. If you're making a first character, then this is the way to go
2 - hunters: they kill fast and gives high damage... also, you can focus on only two stats agi and dex which gives both damage and dodge maximization... the downside? they are pretty expensive to level up so if you have a stable wealth in the game, then hunters are for you
3 - agi monks: hard to level since people would notice you. But as a monk, you can virtually level up anywhere with the dodge skill and self buffs.
4 - assassins/rogue: dodging and agi! but making their build would require critical thinking
5 - agi smiths: with agi, you can kill fast. since agi have high str as compared to other classes, they can deal a great amount of damage. downside is that they are hard to level as merchs and needs good equips.
