The bot Program Revemu can send raw packets but i tell you that its useless because the server that it is sending to doesnt recognize the packets.

yep i'm using WPE, but the problem is i dunno how to send it i only knoe how to record packets, so guys maybe u could give me a link or a guide on how to send packets usin WPE

try using WPE..

WPE is capable of sending packets?, i thought it can only record pacckets. i used WPE when LUGi changes it's IP

nothing... i just want to try out some stuffs i learned when i was working......
but anyways just wanna say thanks to all that tried to help ^_^
