I was wondering what kind of program will enable me to scan for keyloggers. Please post download links.

Also, will getting a FTP program help with the disablin the firewall for accessing the FTP on this site? Im not really using it for that, I just need a good and reliable FTP program. Please name them.

Thanx

1st Question: No there would be no such thing, do a search on a couple of search engines and you would find there are people requesting that. My suggestion if you do not want to be detected is to be suspicious at the files because of their size and always hex things, try and decompile and see if there is suspicious size.

2nd Question: I think you are referring to the mode on FTP called PASV for passive, all that does is gets around firewalls on servers, that would not work on mpc's ftp unfortunately so you have to turn off PASV.

Some good ftp clients are:
- FTP Voyager
- FlashFXP
- Cute FTP Pro
- Bullet Proof FTP.

The one I'm using now is FTP Voyager and its very handy compared to the other three, supports many functions that other ftp clients have yet to support and many other things I like about FTP Voyager.

I have used AceFTP (client) in past 3-4 years. Very nice design with many functions + live speed graph over downloads/uploads for each ftp site.

imo, best opinion is to test every ftp client, everyone will have their own favourite ftp clients and will be biased to use them. So always reach out and find one that will suit your needs.

I dont know if this will work or not for finding keylogger but I hear TrojanHunter 2.5 is good for finding viruses.:bandit:

Still nothing beats at looking at the coding and understanding how it all works =)
