if you put this into your maplestory folder it will make the game run in a little window like how most programs are run instead of full screen where you can't even see the taskbar...

Make sure you are using JMS or SEA, as the title says. Incase you dont know what that means for some reason, its Japan/Japanese MapeStory and South East Asia Maple Story. I am guessing you are using Global Maplestory? If so, it probably wont work (as you say it is). Use DXWnd instead.

I am playing MapleSEA... Wait... I forgot... When I start Maple with d3d8... An Error Message appears, the words were encoded... I presume it's in Japanese since my company's laptop has no Japanese language installed in it... Here's the screenshot:
