Mulitplayer - Servers

Hey everyone,

Alright, so, single player's gotten a bit old (or maybe I just too embarrassed when I jump.. shh) and I just checked out playing Doom3 online. Well, it looks to me that there isn't a filter for ping ranges (kind of bites, but I can live with that) - but on top of that there doesn't seem to be a single server comming up without a ping 200+.

Now, thought perhaps my cable was just being whacky at the moment; but I logged into CS:S servers with a ping of 40 or lower. Is it just a lack of good servers to choose from, or am I for some reason pulling up serversin Asia or something? ;)

well i dont know whats up with youre connection but on doom 3 1.1 im getting pings to over 20 servers at about 40ms ;) (and im on dsl 2mb), but as for RoE thats a little different im getting pings at 100ms and over O.O
