What's the deal with the WSE98? Does this mean that it only runs on windows 98 second edition machines? That would really suck because I got Win2k.

if this one doesn't work for you, download the speed hack from ogc for whatever operating system you have. Then just turn it up high when you want to win.

yeah speedhack is working for all os =) it can cause lag online or if you have a slow cpu =) but otherwise its real good

what speed hack ? the instand win is a speed hack ? like you can build faster??

nope the speedhack is the best part in all games it works for all games and versions :) exept cs cause they fix the hack.
check the strategy cheat section and i think you may find it there otherwise contact me and i will upload it soon!
