Player crashing

Dose anyone know a way to crash a specific person on a server?
or any other way to kick them from a server (if u don't have admin,of course :P):cheeky: :bandit:

Now crashing is a banned subject, But i suppose u could do the admin vote kick or tweak a vote map script to kick a specific player who constantly Bugs u on ur fav server.
