All i need is a crosshair, how do i make that in a simple OpenGL program?

I'm just wondering how hard it would be to get a program that simply provides a crosshair, and not cscm or whatever that program is (crosshair hack beta 2). I want somethign like the crosshair in the ak 1.4 hack, its perfect, and its all i need...

otherwise i'll just buy myself a new dry erasor pen and walla :D
