[Release] Mod ini (Fixed)

This is a fixed version of Iced* release.
I am aware that preston released a fixed version of the ini
however iv bin told from sevral people it dont work.

*I Removed No bullet spread* (Since its server sided)
*fixed* When shooting up your gun would go back to eye level with Iced* release.
Now it dont.

And im also aware that alot use the Retain.ini pack. However iv bin asked to release this.

EDIT: Everthing works except for the reticle spreading...when i play it spreads..:/

If you read the original post, it was posted on may 20th 2005.
Highly unlikely that it would work without some type of moddification. But who knows...

it shows that the ini is not compatible
