View Full Version : Portal Fly Wing Openkore question

I'm having a slight problem with openkore. Its not the program itself, its just the setup of the stupid map. Was wondering if I could get some advice to get around this problem.

I'm currently botting the orc map(the one outside orc dungeon) for a small bit of xp and cyfar. Sadly, my char kept wandering into the high orc map and getting killed before exiting. I turned on the option to teleport away from portals to keep that from happening. Although that works, the real probelm reared its ugly head shortly after. I mostly bot that map because the kafra is right here so I can have the bot store the cyfar/get more pots. The kafra is located right next to the portal to orc dungeon...whenever the bot goes back to the kafra he gets teleported away before being able to get stuff out.

Hoping there is a way around this. I looked thru the openkore guide and didnt see anything about lowering the distance of teleporting by portals...any help would be greatly appreciated.

Haha just looked down the page and theres a place to put this kind of post...well no point in double posting. Srry for slapping it in the wrong spot. Help would still be appreciated tho =).

I dunno if that's possible.

you can edit the source code
or just change your savemap.

hmm, you can set the Kafra distance to 10 or 15. so u would not be so near with the portal right next to kafra.

OR

u can set teleportauto nearportal 0 , so the bot will not teleport even near the portal.

Well I tried setting it to 15, but now my bot just begins to chat with the kafra, then teleports away, which causes it to freeze up cuz its stilll trying to chat with kafra. As for the latter idea...if I do that my bot ends up walking onto high orc map and getting raped before he can get back. Thx for the effort though =).

oh I have an idea.
why not use this:

allowedMaps [map name here]
allowedMaps_reaction 1

you gonna use bwing if you go on to a wrong map.
and you can now remove the tele-near-portal. :)
