why is my iP address banned?

im a member here in mpc but why is my iP or computer banned? i dont know where to post this question...i have to go to a computer shop before logginh in to this site.... pls tell me what should i do?

Try PMing the mods.

and post this in a right section, is this related to RO botting?

Don't worry, just change your IP by restarting your modem. If you have a static IP, talk to an admin about this. You likely just coincidentally got an IP of a user that was previously IP banned. Happens sometimes.
