Torpedo not hitting anything

ok i dont know if they patched it.

Everytime i fly torpedo bomer and i throw a torpedo ,it runs through the carrier through the destroyer and it hits the coast and goes off there,

is this a bug?

You have to get very low to the water, and make sure the torpedo just hits below the water line. I havnt noticed any bugs where the torpedo goes through the ships

but the torpedo swims through the water (you can see it) and the wave goes through the ship

you fly very VERY close to the water, your proppelor pointing to the destroyer, you release your torpedo and perhaps strafe a little, after a couple of secondes you see a blast next to the ship, this might look harmless, but it does MORE damage than throwing a torpedo on to the ships deck :classic:

iam not stupid, i know how to use torpedos,
i know how to use every weapon they used in WWII

but the torpedo will swim through the ship i see the wave going throgh the ship and it continous after the ship and yes iam flying so low i can acctually see the lobster making love and iam pointing towards the destroyer, because the freakings torpedo doesnt swim around the corner

Well my question should be did it ever NOT work because i have been sinking ships sinds the demo was released with torpedos.

Oke first you have to be extremely close to the water and i mean extremely close when you take the plane down very slow its even possible to not harm your plane and hit the water you can even land this way but your plane will still blow up though after awhile.

But anyway i always are so low that if i make a sudden move the plane would crash in the water right away, second dont let the torpedo go to soon because it will go under the the boat . !!! not thru it. so let it go if you are almost about to hit the ship then pull up like crazy to avoid kamekaze into the ship wich wont harm it either by the way i real life it would take the ship down or do extreme high damage but in the game nothing not even a scratch to bad.

But still hitting a ship with a torpedo is a tricky bussnis and requires indeed some practice and i think flying itself needs some practice but for those unknowing and still playing with there mouse you can also play with your joystick wich would make flying way more easier if you have a good joystick i have a shitty one wich is way to soft and it then happens when i steer left or right i go whoos in to the water below and since my old one does not work with xp i dont have force feedback anymore wich sucks..

Owell not you problems about me not having a good joystick :D
