I scanned that file for viruses without any positive match. However, it was a keylogger and a remote access trojan virus. Me and 3 others were affected by the virus, seems you were one of them. My MPC account was hacked and the message you got wasn't written by me. I don't even play the game.

I just try and look at it the bright way, thank god I intercepted the virus in time, ALOT of others could have goten infected aswell.

I didn't have time to search for a cure against the virus but i did manage to figure out how it worked and how to stop it (temporary). If you open your Taskmanager and look for a process called IEXPLORE.EXE. Normally, that process runs when you have Internet Explorer running. Close internet explorer and you'll se that IEXPLORE.EXE is still running. That's the virus process. Kill it and you're free from the trojan.
However, the trojan will start again next time you start windows, so you need to remove either the patch in the regisrey that autostarts it, or find a file called "server.exe" (there might be more than one of them) and delete it. This executable file is the one starting the IEXPLORE.EXE.

Once again, i regret what happened to you, though i was a victim aswell. Guess this teaches us to be more carefull.

I have noticed that hardly anybody, if anybody at all, talks about Dark Eden on this forum as well as on several others, after talk of a working HP hack came out everything just went blank? What's with that, I would like to know why so much chatter about hacking, begging, and giving out, has suddenly stopped. Also, I have seen MANY HP & Speed hackers roaming Dark Eden recently, vampires camping outside of Perona SW slayer base, not dieing unless it's done upon them with a ONE hit kill, otherwise they appear to heal instantly upon the next attack that hits them. So I would say that they have working HP hacks out already, and this one guy who's good at making hacks for all sorts of games told me how to make my own, I remembered what he said, I just have to improve myself at Packet Editing.
