Ok new problem another reason why we cannot obtain the IP for idragon3d.com server is that the L2.ini
It encoded and cant be decoded with L2decrypt.exe ( the one thats used to decrypt normal L2 files from offfical )
Any help would be apreciated.

Ok i had 2 ini.s
when the loader starts u have optin for full or windowed mode..
So i included fulll2.ini
and the l2.ini
