In case you guys were unaware, there's a program out there called AC Tool Script, which allows you to self program macros quite easily. You don't need to have any advanced programming language skills at all (unless you're doing something complicated). The program can be downloaded from this site:

I used it to run an archer macro in KO together with an autolooter i found here. In one night, I pulled about 56 abyss gems (stupid orc killed me).
Now, after somewhat learning how the macros work, I coded some simple 2-7 line macro for ROSE online, which casts windstorm, heals, sits for 20 sec and repeats itself over and over. I got nearly 50% in 2 hours (sitting in aqua spawn going from 42-43). I also made another macro that spams the pickup skill so you could loot drops in the aqua spawn.
It's probably the only known "hacK" that's currently out there and it works wonders. Try it out instead of searching for other hacks for now.
