How do you edit .u

What program do you guys use the edit .u files or any other files in SWAT4? I use Hex Workshop 4.2 and edit in bytes but this is too hard and very limited. I heard some of you use Unreal program but I can't find it, is it the UnrealEd.exe in Unreal Tournament 2004?

Hex editor, and its fairly easy. Cant remember which one can tell u when i get home, but i assume theyre all the same anyway?

I use Hexworkshop.... And if your getting problems trying to connect to a server (example, Game keeps crashing,,, Just make a new Package.md5 and you will be able to succesfully connect to the server.

I use UTPT to find what I want to edit in the .u file. Then I take the offset and search for it in Hexworkshop.

ultra edit.......but i use chinese winXP =.= ..........
when i open .u file i see many error words
and........they don't let me save file QoQ
