Depends on what type of Ban it was, if you were just banned out of a server then im thinking but dont quote me on this is all you have to do is change your ubi.com account. Im not quite sure though ive never been banned so i dunno.

If PB banned you if you got a hardware ban then i think i saw a thread where they were talking about changing your mac address around and spoofing the serial on your Hard Disk. If you were globaly banned just means that your ****ed cause you wont play any game PB runs on. Unless you find someone tha has beat it. Just use search and search for people that have been banned. Remember to look in all the game folders not just Raven Shield. True PB doesnt work the same way on every game however you might find the missing link through scamming other game folders on how PB "TICKS".

well some of that post is correct but heres what happens with bans

PB Server Ban - This is a ban where the server bans you but your GUID.
Solution - get a new CD-Key

PB Global Ban - this is where you were banned for hacking (by GUID), being caught by PsB (screenshot, kick from a server for a detected hack, ect....)
Solution - Get a new CD-Key

PB Hardware Ban - This is a ban where PB bans your hardware, this only happens if Evenbalance detects you have been messing around with PB files.
Solution - Get new hardware, there are also several ways around a PB hardware ban, but thats not my area of inteligence

Well I was banned for mulithack. Okay I had an account with here before but I forgot the username and PW. I posted something about and this guy from PBposted back that they banned the ip. Which is hard to believe because I can get into servers with pb just some. I think that only new servers I can get into or servers that I haven't gone into. Anyway thanks for the help if it can be fixed with simply changing my cd key, that will be easy, all I have to do is find out how to unstall theg ame I have been trouble unstalling the game. Anyway thanks for the help.

Dont go into that much trouble just to change your key there are easier ways, just open regedit and go to software and find the rvs folder and delete the key there. And when u boot the agme again u can enter it.

interesting thing.... the MAD recruiting server has a way they can get your IP and checks the one from the mbl. i was caught using a multihack but i had 2 cd keys so that was no problem, but my ip is on the mbl, and the MAD server is the only one who kicks me

psb has a tool facility that allows them to look up either by guid or ip or name. i guess mad is just believes that there is no need to have any kind of second chance. all that information is listed when a person get's banned

u can be banned by IP SUBNET hardware en cd key

depends on who banned u and are u banned everywhere

RA and RVSAC put ppl on a bannlist (even when u didnt cheat with that guid but when u know as cheater or ip is from a cheater or another guid of u is banned) like the GUIDS from supedupe xcricket or maddog saw a lot of guids on the bannlist from those dudes

well thats completely wrong, "it" or PsB only ban by GUID, to ban by IP Subnet the server admin has to type a command in the console i believe its pb_bansubnet [variable] im not sure.... but PsB logs the IP Adress, Name and GUID when the cheat was caught

so becareful, you could get banned for circumventing the MBL if they find out u have the same IP as a previous cheater

The thing about the guids may be correct,but if you would say their(superdupe and dtp) ip's would be banned ,that will not be true.Because i saw maddog's post on pbs and he was giving a bunch of ip's,and lol all the ip's where from France rofl.

Okay I reinstalled the game and entered a new cd key and PB banned me again. I was able to get into everyserver yesterday, and now I I'm gettign kicked and banned form servers again. Whats going? :(

well you probably got caught for circumventing the mbl, or you got caught cheating again ;) maybe they took a screenshot of you cheating and you were added to the mbl

if its not one of those, you must of added a banned GUID

well, ive been on the MBL several times... lol i went through 5 CD keys in like 5 months... so, i just bought new CD keys... when i get banned i just go look on PsB's MBL list and look myself up there, and sure enough im there, several times... But im not sure about the True MBL of PB... and i no im not Hardware banned b/c i still play CoD and hack it up there...so i have no idea what you did bigevil.. i think it would help if you told us what hack you were using...

BigEvil this all depends on the type of ban u were given. if u serch the forums some there is a wealth of information on the type of bans given by PB and how to get around them. Have a look at the America's Army (AA) and the Battlefield forums as its discussed there quite frequently. As to the guy from PB sounds like BS to me!

But if u have changed the CD key - not gonna ask how u got them, as warez is against MPC rules! then it sounds like a hardware ban -- search for hardware spoofers, and google SMAC.

Da they dont ban your cd key they ban your hole game i had it happen to me before you have to buy a new game you can try thousends of cd keys and it wont work


been banned from a few games b4, and generally depending on type of ban a quick cd-key change works. not played this game so not sure if its different.

all what i siad was based on my understanding of the following:

1. Hardware bans use your harddrive manufacturer serial, in which some companys do have tools that can change this serial but its a risky process to do, and the MAC Address for network ports. Harddrives do not have MAC Addresses.

2. GUID bans use ether a GUID that is based off your account or your cdkey. In past BF games, the GUID was based off of cdkeys.

3. PB does not use IP bans. Only admin would ban your IP.

4. They can link hardware bans to your GUID ban so when you get hardware banned, your GUID could also get banned.


Now as for things that PB would give out each type of ban.

1. Hardware bans, this is used for cases that you edit PB directly or the way PB operates, such as bypassing their scanning method or blocking screenshot feature.

2. GUID bans are usually used for hacks that hide from detection in some form. Rather this is random window title changing, random exe changing, turning code on to steal a DMA and turn off the code to cover its tracks.

3. All normal game hacks, such as the ones released so far in BF2, will only recieve TEMP 2 min bans and NOT global bans(guid or hardware). We in the BF series have been very careful on not getting people global-banned.


Note: PB can change the way they operate any of their bans at any time, so you always are at risk when cheating, PERIOD!

ok scruie gave a perfect defenition of all the bans, with a hardware ban the message says something like "you have been kick due to a hardware ban" or something like that.

A hardware ban also mean EB just banned you from ALL servers in ALL games

from what your explaining it sound like you just got a GUID Global Ban
the message is something like this
"You have been kicked from the server due to a prior kick/ban"
that means you need a new cd-key which give you a new GUID, you should also get a new UBI ID which is linked to your account you made with UBI
