Hey, how can i make a mirc channel. And what program can i the best use to edit a mirc channel.

join a channel with /join #name_of_the_channel
type /cs help and look for the register command. then use proper syntax of it to register desired channel

There is no such thing as a "mIRC" channel. It is called an IRC network. You may use the program "mIRC" because it is the simplest and easiest to script.

About registering a channel:
/msg chanserv register #(chan) (password) (description)
that will get you started.

in RizeNet you don't really need the /msg part so u can either do /chanserv ... or /cs ... :) just a little helpful tip ;)
