Banned

I don't know if this is relevant information to any of you but the only hack I use is IcT Dx Lite and i got banned. The only other thing that bothers me is I haven't played on a secure server since the vac beta was initiated a couple months ago, I've only played on my own server i rent and knew that it wasn't secure. But today i signed on and got the same banned message many of you have.

we know that VAC bans are delayed..

personally i dont think vac is logging 24/7, i think it comes and goes in phases or has a long wait to ban time.


sorry for you loss mate, buy another hl2 of ebay and just wait it out, untill we know better how to stop vac.

Thats just the thing is i haven't been on a secure server for the last couple months, just my own. Its not a huge deal to me, i knew what might happen eventually its just another 40 dollars to buy another game. I just thought it was odd because i was only on my server.

The thing is if ppl come on and report you as a cheater, bam banned from secure servers

People need to stop posting individual threads stating that they have been banned. Unless it's something totally new or everybody has to know, just post it in the VAC sticky.

I dont know who spread the rumor "Vac is only testing connectivity." I remember them saying that VAC would detect cheats in a update when they first anounaced it. Anyway dont get a new account of ebay because those are usely banned accounts as well. BTW people know how to get around VAC for CSS. In GD they have posted tons of crap but that sucks for you guys since GD is private now.

dont lose hope yet, VAC2 maybe clearing its banned logs due to it being BETA and that some non-cheaters are banned(some connectivity issues for them), just dont buy a new game yet, play onlan with bots or in nonsecure servers for now

if hacks r private, who knows about them? VALVe? u? they usually wont get banned unless VALVe can find a super logarithum that detects ALL changes in the game or that the private hack is a mod of hlh or hl2h
