Windowed mode

Hi all i just cant seem to understand what exactly does n7 mean on his readme inorder for us to make the hack on windowed mode. What i did is made a shortcut and rightclicked on it and went to properties and added +fullscreen 0 to the target. Is that what i am suppossed to do? If yes then it gives me an error and i cant apply that change. I have the n7 hack placed on my bf2 main folder so what should i put in the target ?
