Little problem

i modded zitems.xml in system.mrs for my weapons (Minic 567x2 and newbie dagger)
but i cant kill anyone... i shoot and shoot on players and hit them many times but it seems that they didnt get any damage... can someone tell me why it is so ? for details - i modded shoot delay from 400 to 250, number of bullets in pistols from 6 to 500... tnx for help...

yes its pretty much but if someone writes full collection of not serverside things it will be very helpful :)
