somebody should setup a schedule system or something like make a table with all the timeslots and then you email in what timeslots you can do and they get divided up and then a new table is posted with the schedule all filled out etc..

i think the current way works out just fine truthfully, after the european herd of DJ's log off im the only one left usually, but i rake in the listeners then again ^^
