when i deleat the files in steam folder and start the game i'm still my old lvl

and how do i get the lvl which i have downloaded in the same folder like ea?

If you know how to obtain it through normal challenges, please let me know. It's unlocking behavior is unlike all the other emblems. Believe me, I experimented quite a bit to try to unlock it. It's probably related to single player / Spec Ops full completion.

Excuse me, but where's the Rotating Skull Emblem for getting 10th prestige(I think so)? I mean this gold-plated one seen in the AC130 video. Is this a "locked" one, because only one emblem is locked. Plz answer.

It's not like they have a policy that it's activated only when you enter a game. If they wanted, they could have it scanning for cheats at the menu as well. With Steam, there's always a server to report to unlike PB, where the detections had to be sent to a PB Server (and required a play connection). I haven't had enough time to see what VAC is doing.

Blackdove, VAC2 is initialized when you join a server right? So if you were in barracks or main menu, you can do absolutely anything?

Yes, that's okay. There are many people working on such a mod. But a thread that just contains "any hope :S " for the first post is hardly thoughtful.
