i update dx runtimes - Ok everything updated...

i have ping 20-40 fps around 30.. but when I set 5-8-10 it shot only 3 .. i think it depend on map and weapon. I dont understand why I have stable evertyhing on one map is ok on another no

yes it slowdown sometimes.. I have 30-60fps..
I make some edits.. to wait times :)
best is 7 shot G3 with wait1 or 10 shot RPD
