@kw rock: Try different injecting methods. Different people swear to different methods. Here is a small list of different methods to try that everyone has mentioned so far.

Method #1
1) start hook
2)run CS:S

Method#2
1)run CS:S
2) tab out and run hook
3)tab back and join server

Method#3
1)run CS:S
2)join server
3)while server is loading quickly tab out and run hook

Method#4 (my method)
1)run CS:S
2) go into options/video and change to window view
3)run hook
4)join server
5)(optional) change back to full screen mode


If anybody else has a different method of injecting fell free to add. Different pc's run different ways so people have to run the hack differently.
