Sir Lesnar Zen Bug on GMO?

OK I'll just throw it out there...
In some videos floating around claiming to be new Proxy Hacks to the ex700 update, you can see clearly that there is some sort of bug going on with the NPC "Sir Lesnar" in noria where you can get unlimited zen.

I will not point to which videos because they only claim to be valid hacks, and they are actually keyloggers.
I was hoping someone has some details about this!

fake video... its just there to convince noobs to pay for the non-existing hack.
Such a video can be faked easily by sending packets to the client.

Packets C1 C>S Encryption is not changed is same as before. But some of C1 packets have additional OPCODE Crypt
