Problem loading hack

hey guys, im not to sure where to post this topic, but admin please direct it to the right thread,

Anyways, lately ive been having problem loading hacks etc.. every time i download a hack, most of the time they have no icon , icon just appears to be a blank windows page, ive got some pictures.. and it fails to load everytime? im no genius with computers but maybe someone could guide or no what causes this strange problem...

You probably just need to rebuild your icon cache.

Download Tweak UI (a free program built by Microsoft) here - the download link is on the right side of the page.

Maybe it is because they just don't have icons.

Do you use Steam or Non-Steam?
What video mode you are using OpenGL, Direct3D (D3D), Software ?

Please use an image hosting site to upload a larger image. I'm old and can't see anything off that.

What video mode you are using OpenGL, Direct3D (D3D), Software ?

steam, and video mode im using is OpenGL??
