Help!! Wpe pro problem

I always have this "Windows cannot access the specific device, path or file. You may not have the permission to access the item. " error when I open the file. I am the admin of the computer I'm using right now and always have no problem opening any files except this. Need help!! When I extract the file, I only have 2 files. "WPE PRO" and "WpeSpy.dll". Is it because I downloaded the wrong file? If so, someone please provide a working link. Thanks.. If not, I need help with this error. If anyone knows how to solve this, please provide help. Thanks!!

Maybe your anti-virus programm block the other files.
Try this:
- Turn youre Anti-Virus Programm off.
- If you have Vista always start all as Admin.
- Try something on your firewall options.

Maybe you should download WinRar and search a .rar file.

You must have vista 64bit I believe to have this problem. You can right click and run as administrator to see if that helps.

This problem is mainly due to an anti-malware program removing the files; either turn it off or ignore the files.
