I can give you a link where exists a program that says to you whene will be the next VAC Update, but Im not sure if I can show some links, it will look like reclame of site..

Such VAC module checkers don't tell you "when the next VAC update will be", they tell you if it has changed since the last time you checked, i.e. if the checksum of the module is still the same or not.
