Zoom and windowed mode

Well this is my 1st post sharing some info... After almost 5 hours fighting with the L2 OGG Walker... i decided to use the IG walker... but it needs the Lineage be run in windowed mode...
I surfed around in other forums, trying to find the way to put the L2 in windowed...but nothing.. They all talk about the Alt+enter... or ctrl+leftshift+alt+enter to do this... In my case, nothing happened...
As i see, this thing about the windowed mode is something well known, but as i got nothing... i write this for the PEOPLE WHO WAS AND IS IN THE SITUATION I WAS 6 hours earlier... Those who knows about this... dun say nothing, plz... I usually dont participate in any forum...and this is my 1st time... I hope this info will be usefull for all of you... And sorry about my english...

L2.ini and others .ini files not encrypted!!! i repeat NOT ENCRYPTED!!
If u have encrypted .ini files, idun know nothing about that. Dun know if it is the same or not...I hope yes... but i repeat...I didnt decrypted (wtv) nothing...

Lets begin...

1) Make a copy of your whole system folder. If u have screenshots, move them to other folder, so you dun waste disk space...
2) One of the sys folders will be the original one. We wont touch it. Rename the copy to something like this "System-WinMode". We will work on this.
3) Open the L2.ini with ur notepad or something.
This is to set the windowed mode:
4) Search the string "StartupFullscreen=True"
5) Edit it in this way "StartupFullscreen=False"

There are 2 of them, here is the copy of my original l2.ini, so you can see where to edit...

Ok, thats all for the windowed mode... Now, when you want to play in windowed mode, go to the modified sys folder, and execute ur l2.exe. You can open multiple instances, but is said that becomes very laggy... And obviously, the RAM issue, but seems that L2 dont take many resources... but..I didnt fully test it...
Dun know about changing resolution or things like that... but u can always re edit and try....
The use of it?? You will find it...

Ill reply this to xplain the zoom thing...

Well, this is about the zoom thing...here we go...

1)Go to your system folder.
2)Open the User.ini file with your notepad. (make a backup copy of it if u want, but the changes are not dangerous)
3) Search the string "MaxZoomingDist=1024". 1024 is the value of zoom. Dunno if it varies from server to server.
4) Edit that string in this way "MaxZoomingDist=5000".

Thats all... Very easy, not big deal...just a little reading...

I touched other things, dunno if they really work, but if u want, u can try

Zooming speed (i guess), found in this string (User.ini):

MouseWheelDown=ZoomInPress Speed=70.0
MouseWheelUp=ZoomOutPress Speed=70.0

I put that value (70.0) there. I dun remember wich was before, i think it was 20...

Well, thats all for now... These things ive posted, as i said, r not big deal. Just a little reading and risk(and angry, sadness...)... I hope to find something better and more complicated the next time to share with you...

Here i post some screens with the zoom modified...

All the above came cuz i wanted to bot in a priv server, where the OGG didnt work. But the IG walker works, but you need the windowed mode. Ill not explain how to bot with IG walker, cuz i dont know yet about the configs, but it works. I tryed it, almost die, but works. I know its not the same, but it has it advantages, like no server configuration needed. This is for the ppl who plays in priv servers.

But i wont lie, dunno about the options that works in the IG walker, and dunno what you can really do, cuz i really didnt config it. Just tryed it, obviously connected, walked :p and almost die...

Ill try to find some kind of tutorial about its config, cuz i really want to begin botting... (in a priv server x1 rates, it is a need)

But for now, the connection problem is solved

Well, i hope this works like a solution for all those who tryed and try to bot in priv server but cant cuz the god dam config...

I would write a link here where to get all the walkers (IG and OGG), but i cannot yet ...
