Instructions:

1. Set up your cheats as normal
2. Run the exe
3. Enter the ASS server details
4. Open MoHAA:S then connect to the game server
5. Play as normal

This currently returns a clean screenshot, but next version you will be able to use a custom jpg as your screenshot which gets uploaded to the server.
