how to make jms macro attack change channel?

i tried many times dun know how to do can someone make me one or explain me how to do.
the macro shall do:
hit 70 seconds (when i use vac it cant hit longer at one chan)
then change channel
then hit
and so on pls people help m,e

the same way you do it on OMS, wich can be found using the search engine
