UPDATE: I released a version with a nice GUI for everyone having trouble with the command line version.

Well, it says..

- Checking for valid files..
- Found encrypted password string..

..and then window closes, that's it.

Edit: Oh ok, it gives me the account information in that window also, but it does't seem to save them/the window closes right after it told me the information.

No. It's [myg0t]SourceX and he also released this in other places and it's ok.

I just don't know how to keep the window open longer / save the information.

maybe make fast a screenshot, when it is loaded, and ANALys it in bitmap then^^

It gives the information (name + password) of the currently logged in/saved (steam doesn't have to be running) steam account.

But as I already said it doesn't seem to save the information to a log / I don't know how to keep the window open for longer.

Do you know how many attempts it took to take the screenshot? The account info shows up for less than 1/5 second. =/

Oh ok, I figured out how to save it.

You create a shortcut to steamup.exe. It will look like

"xxx\steam-up\steamup.exe"

Then you just add "EXAMPLE.txt" this to the end so it will look like

"xxx\steam-up\steamup.exe" EXAMPLE.txt

If you run the steamup.exe with the shortcut now it will save it to an "EXAMPLE.txt" in the same directory.
