[RELEASE] Badsoul's Quake 2 Proxy - Working RatBot, FRKQ2

Badsoul's Quake 2 Proxy allows you to connect to any server protected with NoCheat V2.40 and/or "reconnect" commands.

It also lets you use FRKQ2 (Zgh-Frk) and RatBot.

Note: Instructions for use are included in readme.txt. This file is contained in the zip that contains the proxy.exe. Check it out before asking and telling me it's not working.
If you have any kind of problems use my website's forum to let me know.

Note: proxy.exe is packed with ASPACK 2.12 and some antivirus software may warn you about the file being a threat. It's not dangerous though.
