Need Help on MSEA

Erm is it true that now i cant use fly hack? Or i must compiled a verison of new CE to use fly hack? Can some teach me to make a trainer jus to fly, get stuck at jump quest. Tks in advance.

does rev 641 in msea allow use of full CE?
