DBK32.sys and .dll

Okay I downloaded .dll and when I looked in my CE file there is one there. I tried to put it in and replace it but an error pops up that says "Cannot move db32: A file with the name you specified already exists. Specify a different file name" Should I delete the one that is already there and replace it with the one I downloaded, or just leave it. Also can someone post a link to the .sys download, I searched but all I could find was one that downloaded .rar which is in there.

Replace the old one with the new one, remeber turn off firewall because it detects it as a rootkit.
