noob, again.

i used to kinda hack a little bit. then i stopped for a while. there have been about 5 patches while i stopped and i am confused with all this new stuff. i really wanna use ce again, but it restarts my comp and blah blah blah, i know i need uce.

i did a lot of googling, found that tut by drkz or something, and im ready to attempt it:

here comes the noob part:

where do i get delphi (for cheat engine)?
where do i get ddk ( for cheat engine)?

plz help i want to get godmode
