What am I doing wrong? (UCE)

I'm following RollingDice's tutorial, and whenever I get to the part to compile it, those are ALWAYS the same errors I keep getting.

What am I doing wrong?

Now we search and replace the following in all files (Including Subfolders)
dbk32.sys >>> Whatever.sys
dbk32.dll >>> Whatever.dll

Do I compile then do that? or that then compile because I tried both, I still get those errors.
