What's the difference between DupeX and DupeX monster?

I tried searching and i just cant tell what the difference is.

Dupex= Monster follows your every position?

Dupex Monster=??

As i know:

DupeX Monster, the mobs follow you
DupeX, the mobs are still

When you move with DupeX you will be teleported back. DupeX Monster only vacs the monsters.
