Help. Dont Discard Please

Hi I'm new, and its about CE 5.2
I've got CE 5.2 and when i try to delete kerneldata.dat and CEprotect.dat they automatically come back. I've tried Sunbeams Bypass methods over and over and still gets detected.

You need an UCE for it to work.

Can you please tell me how to get one? Because I can't find Templar anywhere..And I've followe Sunbeams Links.
