Why my Cheat Engine cant work?

I on my cheat engine, than attach maplestory.exe, after login in i alt tab and i will straight away be disconnected from the game and there will be a pop out from maple only says " OK " its like a dc button. than i tried other way round, i on maple 1st than on cheat engine without attaching it, i will also be disconnected from the game . and also my memory view, it only appears " ????????? " everythings are question marks. how can i fix my problem? can any 1 pls teach me? i not sure wat type cheat engine i using.. but the address i using are from 0.31.

any kind soul out there can pls reply me?
