Hacking Help

This is gonna get me alot of OMG your a N00b but I still need to ask this to get it done and over with. I have been trying to make a UCE for some time now but have no Idea even where to get started I have looked at some forums mainly here and still gotten nowhere, so Now i guess would be the time to ask for help from the internet gurus of hacking. if all possible I would like to know a few things:

1. What cheat engine should I use
2. Where can I get the engine.
3. A tutorial that uses that said engine

If anyone responds to this I appricate it at least you look to attempt to help out a lesser.
